At Hot Knots, we understand the importance of loving your new items! If you aren’t in love with your purchase, you can exchange for store credit / exchange ONLY within 14 days of receiving it as long as it meets the following requirements. Any items that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer and unable to be exchanged.
- Sent back within 14 days of purchase. If sent after 14 days, no exchange or store credit will be given, and item will be sent back to customer.
- All items NEED to be free of stains, marks, rips, scents, and animal hair.
- If item appears to be worn or washed, no exchange or store credit will be given.
- Item must have the original tags attached, as well as the original receipt. We will NOT take back items without the tags or receipt of purchase. Thank you for understanding.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on an exchange.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE.
